Phi Delta Theta is okay, but a lot of the other social groups on campus seem more fun and actually do stuff together. I guess they're fine if you're just looking for something low key.

a lot of the pdt guys are engineering or business but they don't really seem to care about intramurals or campus stuff. they're fine but not super present.

phi delta's house is honestly kinda small and the dining room gets super packed. porch is fine but the whole layout feels cramped.

i went to their house once and it was empty enough that i could hear the fridge. no bar pull, no friends at KAMS, nobody handing out free tabs, every bro was paying full cover like a regular person. the basement looked abandoned and half the guys were on their phones, so yeah total bouse.

honestly their social presence is almost irrelevant because the house smells like mildew and half the toilets dont flush. parties are empty as hell, like 15 people in the basement while everyone else is at the actual houses. the ac is dead and the kitchen is a disaster, so dont waste a bid on them.
