Comment:  honestly their social presence is almost irrelevant because the house smells like mildew and half the toilets dont flush. parties are empty as hell, like 15 people in the basement while everyone else is at the actual houses. the ac is dead and the kitchen is a disaster, so dont waste a bid on them.
