Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.4 I've always liked Phi Delts but this year they seem to becoming more relevant to others. Definitely has its issues still but their new pledge class seems like a great group of guys
