Despite not being the "Top House", there is a lot to like about Phi Delt. Most people I have talked to on campus generally seem to like them because they aren't as cliquey as other organizations on campus. They are a smart house with lots of engineers and biz majors. Always field a team for most intramural sports and are generally really good about supporting other fraternities and sororities in philanthropy.

Short entitled boys that are creepy with girls. You can tell how full they are of themselves cause of the absurd amount of self ranks toward themselves. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this house. Greekrank isn’t true

Went to this frat recently and I had so much fun! The guys were so sweet and outgoing and treated us with so much respect! Can not wait to go back!

They paid to delete negative reviews. Basically they have a long asf pledgeship except it’s not worth it cause the guys are short hardos which girls only hang with to pregame with their booze and leave
