You can go back to very old Illio's and see their house. Perhaps it was remodeled, but not new. ANYWAY, that is not the point!!!! The point is that they just live there, and do very little for a chapter their size.

Not sure why they're getting such a bad rep on here. A bunch of quality guys who have fun. Yeah their house is apartment style but it's new and nice as hell. Not sure why that's a bad thing????

Their house is NEW??? Do you go to UofI? Their house has been around since maybe the 30's. People saying "apartment building" refers to the fact that they are not visible on campus despite large numbers, it does not refer to their building which is actually pretty nice.
