Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 4.9 When I think of genuine friendship and sisterhood, I think of this org. From the second I walked into the room for recruitment to getting my bid, I was welcomed with open arms. And they never stopped being the loving people they are even after I become a member. They made me feel like I belonged from the start and the openness and effort that these sisters constantly give is inspiring. Even when there are misunderstandings, everyone speaks about it with such respect for each other. If you need literally anything, this org WILL be there for you. Even the girls you don't speak to as much/aren't as close with. I'm genuinely so proud to be apart of this sisterhood. As for overall popularity, I think we are so underrated because we are the definition of you can do everything. Highest GPA in the school, kind, AND we know how to have fun.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 1.0 As a past sister in this organization do not join. The e-board leads like a dictatorship (i don’t know why they act like a top org). They also make decisions based on personal beliefs and biases. It has become so unfriendly and unpopular. Everyone gets let in now if you’re into that.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 2.0 Very cliquey and too much high school drama for a college sorority. The sisters don’t know how to get along with each other or be cordial, and will gossip a lot. If you’re fake enough to be nice to the girls that are mean, you’re set. If you get on their bad side for whatever reason, you’ll hate it here.

Very cliquey and too much high school drama for a college sorority. The sisters don’t know how to get along with each other or be cordial, and will gossip a lot. Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 1.4 I don't know if the people leaving reviews are in Theta but they're honestly, from my experience, the least social and least enjoyable sorority i've seen. Members seem to not really like it and drop due to in-org drama and fraternities only seem to host them if they can't really find anyone else to mix with. You're essentially guaranteed a bid if you go through formal so they're a massive sorority if you're into that.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 4.7 Theta Phi is full of smart, super nice girls who actually like each other and are involved on campus. They're diverse and are definitely much cooler than most - maybe not the coolest, but they're down to earth and know how to hang.
