when did adpi become top house?

I've heard numerous girls and guys (mostly younger girls and guys) say that they consider adpi to be the best sorority here. I'm just curious when this happened and what changed? Because if you were to ask someone that 3 or 4 years ago people would have definitely said zeta.

ADPi has the best of everything; like a variety of unique girls. You can find a hot blonde or a pretty Hispanic. Super stuck up girls, super nice girls. So that's why everyone likes them, because of the diversity. Zeta is typical, 90 are all the same, or at least try to be. Pretty sure people just got tired of it. It's nice to see "change" done right, which ADPi obviously has done.

That's just the way it is. Just like clothes go out of style so do sororities. Every 5 years or so a new sorority takes the spot of #1. When my Dad went here Chi-o was the best. In another 5 years or so it'll change again.

They are a top house but not THE top house. Significantly less attractive girls than dz and zeta. And more socially awkward then dz and zeta as well. They're a solid #3.
