The Society at SMU?
by: NXJust curious, how do you rush the society at SMU? Is it invite-only?

They are gone. SMU has gotten serious about it and has stated specifically that it is a violation of the code of conduct to associate with them (any such group) and anyone doing so would be subject to disciplinary action.

What happened to the members? Did they get their scholarships taken away? Can they still have events just with each other?

The parents that were running that experiment finally did the smart thing and shut it all down when they realized the university wasn't kidding about disciplinary measures for members of an unsanctioned group.
They are already forgotten on campus and nobody cares. Only the old TT stalkers even remember.

I mean you can’t prevent girls from hanging out together. Even though they aren’t public about being in TS they still were in it so they’re friends. Plus being in Greek life doesn’t matter as much when you’re a junior/senior.

Has been relevant and hasn’t gotten a class since January 2024. It no longer exists the members are GDI‘s and Theta will likely be on campus fall of 2026 after all of the TS girls graduate.

the society is still a sorority, just a defunct off campus one. TS sisters are still greeks, even if they're not recognized by theta nationals. ut austin sae is a top chapter at at ut austin but is off campus and not recognized by nationals. TS girls will still be in the top country clubs after college graduation.

Even tho they don’t post about being in society, do they still take new girls? I keep seeing girls who got dropped from rush all of a sudden hang out with the Ts girls. Do they just recruit on the dl now?

There’s still TS members though right? How did they get in trouble? Bc I thought they were somehow protected bc they aren’t affiliated with smu. Did the girls in Ts get in trouble?

wait really? are you sure? maybe they are just more underground/secret? why did they shut down I thought that they couldn’t get into trouble?
