Ok- Every house has smart girls and a few not so smart, but you need a good GPA to even go through Rush! They all have some beautiful girls and some plain girls, some of the girls in each house are wealthy and some are not. It is just completely silly to generalize. All of the houses here have girls from many different states, they all have some legacies, they all have something to offer. Don't let jealousy or prejudice cloud your brain and make you say negative things about ANY house.

Having been involved in rush the past two years, I know a lot about the eight sororities on the SMU campus. I stumbled upon this site, and found many comments to be unfounded. Looking ethically and honestly at the different chapters on campus, Chi Omega out ranks all of the other houses on campus by quite a large amount. Just the facts. Top grades, closest group, they have the least dropouts (loose the least girls after pledging), have the most invitations to mix with the fraternities...etc.

If you want every sorority to dislike you, rush chi-o. I know a lot of girls who disaffiliated because of the poor sisterhood and rules. Remember, just because they look like they have it together, its different on the inside. Plus the frats don't really hang with chi-o. They are some cool ones but the weird ones really hurt the group average

Have lots of hot girls and top academics on campus, but a ton of them have sticks in their asses. They could stand to be a little more chill and a little less stuck up. If they did that they'd be the best.

Honestly, everyone thinks they like Chi O till after rush...to everyone except PNMs they are try hards and wannabes. One of my Chi O friends told me they were instructed to go on here and rank them self. Lol. They are also instructed to have Chi O profile pictures and to "rush EVERYONE." Just be careful. Please. You only like Chi O if you're a Chi O.
