this is realistically the top houses right now. Acacia has the nicest house by far but their parties are not it. They should definitely be top house with a nice house like that but they just are not at all. dchi sigchi bsb pike and maybe sigpi are the top 5. I think next is TKE for sure and then its kinda tied for everyone else after TKE at the 6 spot

TKE is definitely not number one but realistically they’re like tied at like 6. their new pc does seem lit tho.
