Obviously no one is going to go out of there way to make a rank for Penn state frats unless they are in one and that is why this site is useless It’s just constant spam posting abs spam upovoting by kids in these fraternity’s in reality there isn’t much setting these houses apart one another and Greek life is irrelevant after sophomore year anyway
