Pi Phi stop trying
by: WtfI genuinely don’t understand why some sororities are trying to show how inclusive they are because it’s a trend. Pi Phi’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion is literally a blonde white girl. The committee is also all white. The only diversity that I see are the few girls that have brown hair smh

There ARE sororities that actually practice inclusivity. They're the ones you all bash.
So, stop with the false preaching about diversity and inclusion. For some sororities, it's never been a trend -- simply who they are and always have been.
Truth is, everyone who lives on this site wants to preserve the lily-white, blond-only stick figures. And if that's your thing, then own it.
The rest of us "bottom-dwellers" will keep recruiting based on sisterhood and character, accepting and loving people for who they are.
