Rutgers? No comparison, not even in PSU league.

UMD is strong but smaller and less competitive.

On par with Michigan.

Texas A&M is a whole new level.

Not even in PSU league? So would a bottom tier at PSU be better than a top tier at Rutgers? At what tier do the frats at each school equal each other in how good they are

Are you kidding me? Penn state frats can only have 10 parties a semester. None of the other schools have that big of a limitation on parties
