There are not 8 tiers. Not nearly enough distinction between the chapters all lumped in the middle. Generally, top middle and bottom are enough.
Using OP order:

Top: kappa, kd, piphi, aphi
Middle: Theta, Zeta, gphi,Axid,Dg,dz
Bottom:Sdt, aopii,Phisig, sig kap,Trisig, adpi, dphie
