how is the experience different for different tiers?
by: sheenI'm considering rushing next semester. Just want a no BS explanation for how fraternity life differs at top vs upper mid vs mid vs lower mid vs bottom tier frats

There really is not difference. Those in the "top" like to believe that they party with "hotter" girls. But, in truth, there are beautiful women in every single sorority. If you are in a frat, top/mid/bottom doesn't matter, you will get to know friendly, beautiful women. The brotherhood is the same. The most important thing is finding a house where you click with the group. If that happens to be in a "top" tier, that's great. But, if it happens to be "mid" or "bottom" that is great too. You don't want to focus too much on the tier when making this kind of decision because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter.
