Some are open posted on social media. Others are by invite only typically extended to friends of sisters or people that went through recruitment that dropped that the chapter liked. If you hear of any chapters doing informal let a sister know you are interested. Or, if you liked a chapter during recruitment you can always reach out to them and ask if they are doing anything informally. It can't hurt to ask.

Did you go through formal recruitment? If so, they will probably have your name and look at your votes from formal. My chapter is not doing informal so I don't know every chapter's protocol. If you know anyone in these chapters I would definitely reiterate your interest. It is not considered desperate. It is good to show interest.

There are some posted on panhels website already so I was just wondering if they all invite you or like how they choose after you register
