rankings: more likes accurate more dislikes not

if you get more "thumbs up" its probably accurate and if you get more "thumbs down" its probably a rank that people don't agree with. JUST SAYIN that's how it works in the REAL world

This is wrong. Having lots of likes can mean houses that are ranked higher than they should be spam liked it. And having lots of dislikes can mean that houses are salty they got ranked lower.
