Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.9 These guys are so nice and they are not creepy at all. The parties are fun and kinda lowkey so you’re not being attacked from all sides. They take creepy guys very seriously and are not afraid to ban guys who try and hurt girls. They help anyone who is super drunk by driving them home (not drunk, they have DDs) and making sure they’re safe. Super cool, and the house is super nice. They prioritize safety which is super nice to see.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.7 Skulls is my favorite frat to go to on a night out. They always get ranked lower, but they’re actually some of the nicest guys I’ve met at frats. I always feel safe going to skulls, and if me or my friends need anything they’re super helpful. Definitely recommend!

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.2 Attended parties last semester and a few of their basement parties this year. Skulls doesn’t have a great reputation, but my friends and I have had a great time when we’ve gone there

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.7 I think these guys are under the radar. Ever since their suspension they’ve taken a big step. Their men are better looking than before and so are their parties 8/10

They do also have a great house and location. Some of the guys at skulls are great and some are creeps, very hit or miss. Worth a visit but not a frequent.
