Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.7 I think these guys are under the radar. Ever since their suspension they’ve taken a big step. Their men are better looking than before and so are their parties 8/10

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 2.9 Skulls is a lower mid fraternity at psu; socials are not great but tend to draw a crowd, given maybe mostly freshmen. They do also have a great house and location. Some of the guys at skulls are great and some are creeps, very hit or miss. Worth a visit but not a frequent.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 I have been going to skulls for 3 years. They definitely grow a lot in size.They bring bigger and bigger pledge classes. But the old guys gradually loss control over younger guys. Just learned that one of the younger guy make one of the old guys to drop😂😂😂 Most of the older guys are very polite and nice but some of the younger kids are straight douchebags. The socials they throw keep getting worse and worse. Definitely going down as a house.
