Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at State University of New York College at Cortland - SUNYCC 3.2 sad because there are a few gems in this bunch, but so many of them are so disgustingly fake its overwhelming. any girl you hear is "so sweet" in this sorority, is the exact opposite- a desperate try hard mean girl. the badass girls here are def a good time though.
