they only recruit girls they find attractive... it's the number one thing they look for. so if you're pretty you'll likely get swarmed by zetas and get a bid. with that said, because they only recruit girls for shallow reasons, most of the girls barely even know each other. they act like friends in public to put up appearances. a lot of them talk behind each others backs, lots of middle school backstabbing and sleeping with eachothers guys going on. top tier in attractiveness but not personality

these girls are obsessed with their "title" and self-rate....still top tier but fall short in fun and sisterhood to other top tiers

they all think theyre so entitled... a lot of the sophomore pc was unhappy because the sorority even had a "star pc" and clearly had favorites already and treated some girls better than others. its like middle school all over again. grow up.
