They seemed perfect to me before recruitment, ideal upperclassmen, nice, fun, smart. Their pledge class is so whack. They haven’t recruited well at all the past two years.

AXiD didn't do anything wrong. The Middle Tier just got extra competitive. PCs got bigger and it's hard to maintain their standard.
