Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity Ratings at SFASU

The only thing I ever hear about these guys is them getting high. I've been to their house for events and have witnessed it. They didn't care about the sororitys reputation of which they were co hosting the event with either. Also, there's a few posts below that were conveniently posted within about 15 mins of each other. Sounds like they're ranking themselves.

So far I've been super impressed with this fraternity's sweethearts. They contacted me before I even came to Nac and have been there for me through every step of moving etc! Very down to earth fun girls. Also, the brothers have been so cool to me since I first met them! Advice to my fellow freshman, consider Phi Delt...they are worth the chance!

These guys have their sht together. Down to earth and diverse, this fraternity knows how to chill and party all the same. Great brotherhood as far as I can tell and their sweethearts are mostly gorgouse and fun, and all of them are very friendly. I've haven't had a bad experience with any Phi Delts or their parties. If I was going to rush id consider this frat as they are definitely top tier. (Unbias opinion)

These guys and gals for PDT are top notch individuals. I had one of their brothers ask me if I needed a ride home after the bar and he didn't even know me! He was riding with one of their "sweethearts" and she didn't even need an explanation for why I needed to be given a ride, she just went with it bc a brother asked! Very cool. I'd rush them as a freshman if I wasn't already legacy KA. The feel of their close knit group is unique to greek life here

So I was dead set on another fraternity after transferring but after meeting a bunch of their sweethearts and a few of their brothers this summer I can honestly say I WILL rush Phi Delta.I'm not sure why people are saying to "shut down" the phi delt girls, they are the main reason I became interested in the first place because they actually talked to me and were cool (unlike other little sis/ violets/ sweethearts)in other frats. Anyways, I recomend getting to know these people, I had a good time

So, I like Phi Delt just as much as any stupid sorority girl, but I got some beef. First, please for the love of god shut down your sweetheart program. It disgust me to see what these girls do at your party. Second, I can't imagine with such a 'great' house like yours that your chapters not bigger. How about you try bettering yourself instead of throwing parties every weekend. You're turning into Sig Tau.

Phi Delt guys are seriously the most fun and easy going group I've met here so far! Last semester I had the unfortunate experience of being tormented by another fraternity and once I met the sweethearts and guys for PDT I knew I needed to make a change! If you are a guy or girl consider rushing with Phi Delt! You won't regret it, I know I don't!

Squarely in the middle tier. Use that house on the row as a crutch, but it keeps them relevant. Need to solve their debt situation, but as long as they have the house they'll continue to be a good semester away from the top tier.
