Literally everyone is always invited to parties. The people I always saw out most consistently at all parties were axo kappa and pi phi so not sure how they’re a lower house than aphi and theta who only go to 1 or 2 frats.

You can’t even spell tier…

As someone who used to be involved in the process, the most common decisions in the past few years were between:

Theta/axo
Theta/kappa
Pi phi/axo/kappa
APhi/Theta
DG/Kappa

It’s all fake anyway.

Theta: good grades, good social life, pretty, but only parties at like 2 houses and don’t really maintain friends outside of their sorority unless they’re on a sports team or something. They are often unkind to one another and snitch on each other internally, and there’s a decent drop in members from sophomore to junior year. But they have the best physical house, great alumni network, and if you play it right you’ll have one of the best campus experiences in theta.

DG: usually more music school gals, fun, probably one of the more involved sororities on campus, less of a good social life party wise but their house actually feels like a sisterhood. They can throw an incredible tailgate and do a ton of fun things as a group together, everyone includes everyone.

APhi: Similar to Theta- good social life, but hot, involved in sports and down to earth. Can be friends with anyone and everyone. Less sisterhood-y than other houses but still solid. While they go to certain frats more they at least seem to branch out more. They are usually THE monon sorority because they hang out with a lot of the football team. Their house is a bit small so if you want to live in it may be hard to.

Kappa: legit funny and chill. They slid down the stairs on a mattress last year on a random Tuesday when I was over like princess diaries. They’re always involved, probably go out to the most variety of frats, and are generally well liked on campus, more than most other houses. They’re friends with everyone and pretty.

Pi phi: hippy dippy high school house party but make it hot. They’re fun to be around, genuinely nice to everyone. They go to a lot of the frats. I’d say they’re the bigger party house out of the sororities but it’s work hard play hard. They do have distinct friend groups that are super different within the house so maybe less sisterhoody- but it’s solid.

AXO. Sleeper agent? They go to a wide variety of the frats, party hard but work hard- usually have the highest GPA, involved in sports and in campus activities. Essentially, they are the resume builder house. Solid sisterhood and they’re down to earth. They genuinely are funny and pretty. They do, however have super distinct friend groups, not in an exclusive way but it is something I noticed. Their physical house itself is kinda eh, and they can be too nice where it feels fake.
