it's not too late to go Greek. the number of upperclassmen going through gets bigger every year. if you really do regret it, then do something about it!! you only get 1 shot at life, so LIVE IT! :)

Not Greek but the girls I know that are DDD are pretty great. I lived in HillCrest with them last year and for the most part, most of them were really sweet girls who cared about eachother. Decided my first year that "Greek life was not for me," and I kind of regret that decision!

So excited for Recruitment to begin. I wished the Greek office would allow this time to happen the "old way" when my sister went through a few years back - they had it in the summer time. That makes more sense to me - too much going in with classes, work, and busy lives - but I hear that this new way is a "trail" .... I know a lot of DDD's and love them all. They are super sweet, classy, fun, and smart! My sister and mom were KD's, and I would be happy with a bid from them or DDD. Waiting to see what happens!

I also went to usm.edu to see the link to DDD and it would not upload - so I'm not sure what the girl is talking about when she states that she went to the DDD page. I'm glad that someone else posted about the site being down at the present time so we would know why it would not load. I am also a second year student at USM and the DDD's I know are pretty great girls. They seem to be involved and really sweet. I would have liked being able to go to their link to "learn more about them." The only thing I really don't like about this whole recruitment process - is I asked a few questions to a DDD that I know, and she nicely told me that she really could not talk "Rush" with me, and that I should contact Greek life and someone there would answer my questions. I think that if we are friends, we should be able to talk. Maybe once the process is over, I will understand?

As stated, she went to the website to see what the other girl "had seen" - since one person said they had viewed it and another said she could not find it ... and besides, is that not why the site is there? It gives everyone an opportunity to see what each chapter is about and what they support. Do you really have a problem with that? Each chapter DOES have one listed on the greek home page!

seriously? you called greek life about tri delt's website? really? that's a little needy, don't you think? especially if you're 2nd year - do you really have to have their website? uh.....

So many of these girls are pretty down to earth - it really surprises me that you found it hard to talk to some of them. I meet several during Preview and feel in love with them!
