There's a lot of variety in the house. Some brothers are classy while others aren't, some are involved on campus while other aren't. Overall, it's a very close brotherhood with a quieter but fun basement scene.

I don't even know how, they're definitely better than some local fraternities here but compared to Sig Ep, SAE, TDX, Psi U, or even Zete they don't compare

I don't know where those other rankings came from. This house is consistently considered the lowest tier house on campus. Guys are pretty weird. I think the guys in the house are happy with it since they relate so well to each other, but this is not where you go for an overall good time or for goodlooking/cool brothers.

As a member of this house, I thought I'd give an honest opinion instead of just trying to rank up our chapter. Yes, I'll admit it, we are bottom tier. And yes, we don't throw huge ragers every weekend like Psi U or Beta, but there are two things we do have that most other houses don't: (1) a small, tight-knit brotherhood and (2) High Street, a vintage 1970s room plastered with faded newspaper clippings and posters, which is one of the best places to smoke weed in all of Hanover.
