Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Southern Illinois University Carbondale - SIUC 2.7 Made up of a bunch of dudes that were weird in high school and never went to a party. It's like it's their first time partying once they are let loose by their parents.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Southern Illinois University Carbondale - SIUC 2.7 Unfortunately, Phi Kappa Tau has been a struggling fraternity for the last couple of semesters. Used to be top house, now can’t even recruit 15 guys for a pledge class. These guys don’t even party or do anything anymore, it’s sad.
