Solidly middle. This house has like 100 bros and probably about a quarter of those guys are actually actively involved. Very poor and fake brotherhood. They will give ANYONE a bid so they have a lot of weird dudes. Also, their parties are the most bland “just ok” parties you can get.

These boys are super sweet and respectful and have a great brotherhood when you get to know them. They’re diverse and involved and care a lot about their philanthropies and just generally being good guys. Definitely not the stereotypical white frat house, but they also still know how to party and have fun.

If you're considering rushing a house and are worried you'll have a hard time getting a bid worry not, DSP gives just about anyone a bid. Known for throwing parties with high attendance but not so great ratios. Lot of cool dudes but a lot more weirdos.

These guys will give you a bid for anything. Desperate for members. One of the worst fraternities on campus, some of the brothers i know don’t know their own brothers. Parties are below average. Try to get you to join flaunting how much they “party” and “get laid”. I would check out some other houses on Greek row before that dsp

Like half their house is cool, the rest are a bunch of inactives who are just part of it for the letters, shame to see them not regulate their numbers as much, only really a top cuz of that cool half of the members and the house itself.

Will give anyone will a pulse a bid. Currently the only fraternity rushing Fall 2020. It speaks volumes that the fraternity known to give bids to anyone is willing to give bids over zoom calls.
