These rankings are not accurate at all. Adpi and Theta are definitely top two but the rest of the rankings are all scrambled up.

The rankings are pretty much accurate, some should shift up 1 or 2 spots and some could shift down 1 or 2 spots, except for tri delt.

wheres a good place for someone who likes to party on the weekends but not on tuesdays at 2 pm? or someone with goals and good grades but someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously? and enjoys pricey clothes but doesn't snub off everyone who doesn't look/dress exactly like them? i'm really not a type A person so i'm not dying to be 'top tier' suggestions?

Kappa sounds like the ideal fit for you actually. It's kinda scary how perfectly you just described them without knowing it. But keep an open mind during recruitment because there is a mix in every sorority!
