Personal opinion just like everything on here. I’ve only seen one official looking rank on here which breaks it down and gives an explanation for the information. That one is pretty accurate but somebody gave it a thumbs down like three thousand times, lol,

Probably strength of recruitment numbers and sisterhood. G Phi is smaller but has a good sisterhood.
