PNMs, chin up! Recruitment can feel like running a gauntlet. Listen to your recruitment counselor. Fill out your lists completely.

Don't shy away from a snap bid if it is offered. A snap bid means a chapter believes you will fit in!

And if the whole thing feels overwhelming, you can do what I did and go COB. A chapter can take quota but still be able to COB if they had a lot of seniors graduate last spring. (When I did COB, I still ended up in one of the houses I had liked best during formal recruitment.)

And if a Panhel group isn't your cup of tea, there are a great many other options for campus involvement. Alpha Phi Omega is an international co-ed service fraternity wporth considering.

Now this is the kind of content that is actually helpful on here. Not arbitrary lists created by someone with a bias. Don’t look at”ranks”. Go with where you feel at home.
