•TOP TIER: Traditionally led by chapters like Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Delta Delta, and A Phi, which command historically high recruitment demand and institutional footprint.
•UPPER MIDDLE/MIDDLE TIER: This is where Phi Mu, Kappa Delta, Chi Omega and Alpha Chi Omega sit. These chapters are highly competitive, draw massive recruitment numbers, and are considered “top” choices for potential new members, (PNMs).
LOWER MIDDLE/DYNAMIC TIER: Chapters like Delta Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, and Kappa Kappa Gamma follow closely, often switching spots depending on the success of their recruitment class.

Disagree! I went through recruitment last year and didn't like PiPhi or DG, both very meh, hard to hold conversation, Piphi didn't even talk about their Philanthropy. I put both at the bottom of my list, so glad I didn't have to go back to either. Loved both AXO and PhiMu, as did many in my rush group. Also loved KD. Maybe 10 years ago dg/piphi were strong but not anymore.

just because you ‘and your rush group’ didn’t like pi phi and dg in recruitment doesn’t make them lower ranked in reality. everyone knows phi mu axo and kd are middle at best…

Calling KD, phi mu, and axo upper middle and ranking them above Pi Phi and DG is hilarious. Pi Phi, DG, and chi o are upper middle, that’s it.
You also forgot Theta in this rank, who is top tier. This rank was clearly made by someone delusional trying to make their own chapter look and feel better. Reality is much different than this rank.
