There are 4 buckets that the houses fall into. Everyone feels differently in each house, and one is not necessarily better than another. Be open to all houses, and don't drop out because you didn't make a selective house. The more selective a house is, the fewer people can be invited back each round, this is based on historic return rates.

Highly Selective: ADPi, Tri Delt, Theta, Aphi
Somewhat Selective: AChiO, Chi O, PiPhi, Delta Gamma, KD
A little selective: Phi Mu, Kappa
Not very selective: DZ, AGD, Gamma Phi
