How are the ranks created and does anyone actually pay attention to this during recruitment? New here and looking to rush in the fall!

They're based on how well liked they are on campus, quality of girls, their rep, stuff like that. Lots of girls look at them during recruitment and typically base what the houses they want off of the rankings. This is a pretty accurate list as a girl in a "bottom" house.
