If houses needing to COB is part of your rankings then this list changes A LOT after the list for fall COB came out...

If a chapter had a lot of Seniors graduate in May, they can take quota and still not be at allowed chapter total.

Can we please stop the ridiculous stigmatizing of COB? I did COB bc primary recruitment was overwhelming. COB is a win/win for chapters and PNMs.
