What are the best party houses and who has them?

delt has the stoop which is my favorite but ATO took it for next year. Lets be real though don't post actual addresses and houses and link them to fraternities.

Last thing UK greek life needs is the cops knowing where all the parties and linking fraternities to them.

In my personal opinion, Delt SAE and Theta Chi have the most fun party houses

Beta's Grove is amazing. Also sigs plantation house is sick.
