Phi Moo is irrelevant on campus. They don't participate and they aren't cute. Definitely bottom tier.

I don't really like the whole 'tier' system in greek life, however these girls are not bottom tier! They are new, so yes they still have some things they need to work on. They're the smallest of all 13 Panhelenic sororities on campus so it makes sense that they don't have as many girls at events as other sororities do! Keep it up ladies. ps: I'm jealous that your house is nicer than ours!

I would say they are bottom/ middle. A growing, newer sisterhood. As some of the posts below point out, new sisterhoods have their growing pains. They are learning, improving, increasing involvement. Their new house should be a plus, too.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

As a member of another sorority on campus, I can honestly say that Phi Mu isn't bad like the rude people on this site say they are. They have only been here since 2011. They're still figuring things out, and they are moving towards having independence from their advisers. Their new house should help them become more established on campus. A few girls have dropped, but that happens in all sororities! I wish only the best for these girls! Sending Panhelenic love your way!

Complain that they don't do/have/go to enough events, and complain when told to go to events, resulting in maybe 1-6 total girls versus 15-20+ girls from other sororities. It's hard to invite them when you know none of them will show up, and an insult when they complain at the event they were invited to. A few fun girls, but a lot of bad attitudes.

These girls are all really sweet, but they aren't a great sorority, even if they're newer on campus. They need to focus on uniting their chapter more. They have had a better recruitment, but there has to be a reason everyone drops likes flies. Focus on the girls you have, not the ones you're trying to get. And try not to just accept everybody.

They are the newest sorority on campus so it makes sense that they would have trouble starting out. It takes awhile to learn the ways and work the way up. They have a good national reputation and are good at other schools in the south like Georgia , Alabama and Tennessee. I think the new house will help them a lot with recruiting good girls! But most of the ones I've met are cute and nice.

I feel bad for these girls, sometimes. I met really awesome sweet girls on my first day of recruitment there, but after that it was just down hill. Since then I've met stuck up mean girls who haven't been the nicest to me or my roommates. So what you got a new house? Good luck filling it.
