These girls party but they cannot retain their member because once girls join they realize how fake they really are. My friend dropped after 2 weeks because alpha phi's true colors finally showed.

They try too hard to be trendy and cool on social media. Not very smart. Catty, poor sisterhood. Lots of retention issues. Frats like them and they have a pretty good social life.

Apha Phi is by far NOT top tier. Why did so many girls drop after rush last year? You cant be top tier witth members getting blackout drunk everywhere, cant utter a sentence without dropping a couple of f-bombs and hook up with anything lower mid to low tier frat. Your exec board needs to clean house. If you have an exec board. The girls who dropped can explain why Alpha Phi isnt close to top tier.

This sorority has improved tremendously over the last two years. They placed in the biggest philanthropy event and was an amazing dance. They put on a great event this year, phifa. So much fun! They have a lot of mixed personalities, but it is such a great mix together (not one stereotype like some sororities). Overall a pretty good sorority, a lot of my good friends are aphi's.
