You actually think these reviews are credible? These are guys who are pure jealous and have nothing better to do with their lives. It's really obvious. They are just trying their best to ruin rep. Nothing more than that. These are the same guys on ATO's, D sig, delt, etc pages.

They are among the best on campus. No way there is only one top house but they are among the top 4. Big pledge classes show they're doing something right. My experience at parties is that they treat each other with respect, are good to their pledges (and that just isn't true for some of the other fraternities) and they have a ton of fun. To the Rate Below Me! Of course people judge with their personal experience how else are you supposed to judge a frat? Maybe if Theta Chi gave the people around them better personal experiences they wouldn't keep getting ranked down.
