They've slipped. A lot. And a lot of them have been rude to girls I know (middle tier sororities aren't good enough apparently)

Theta Chi seems to be doing all the bashing on Greek rank, but these guys are not bad. I have a few friends in beta, I'm in another fraternity and I like them for the most part. They're really smart and good guys but they're a little too energetic. Focuses too much on little things, try hards kind of but they aren't as bad as people say.

I think Beta's are pretty good. I don't know what is considered "Top Tier" but they are definitely top on my list. Most guys in frats are douchebags, and yes maybe beta isn't the most good looking, but they are definitely the types of guys that girls actually want to be with.

Being a girl, I can say that I go to Beta a lot and I've had the most fun on my weekends at their parties. They aren't the hottest frat, but they have a lot of cute guys who are relatively classy and respectful. They are also really diverse. There isn't really a set stereotype that applies to them.

Their social events are barely existant. We use them as pregames and the guys aren't cute

Outside of the social aspect, beta is definitely a top tier fraternity. However, from the social aspect, beta is decent but there's improvement that can be made. Compared to last year they don't have as much stuff, and are too concerned with being politically correct. Overall good frat. Well balanced
