Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.2 They have really improved a lot in the last year, but still have a long way to go. If they do well in rush this year they might be close to top tier. Not having a house really holds them back, but I guess it would probably make their dues lower.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.2 Not quite there yet, but they are new and improving with each pledge class. Very genuine, nice guys. You can tell that most of them joined for the brotherhood rather than wanting to be a frat star.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.8 They have been on campus for three years and are dominating at the things they can while being a new fraternity. It isn't possible to instantly be in the hearts of every sorority or to throw the best parties but they have dominated in Greek Sing, academics and philanthropically so they are off to a great start. Everyone hates on the now but with time the Betas will flourish and be a top tier fraternity and with the way they are starting probably the top fraternity.

Not to say they aren't a good group of guys, but their popularity begins and ends with their involvement on campus. Well rounded fraternity, just no where near the top.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 5.0 way better than farmhouse, how was farmhouse ahead of them? These guys are extremely involved on campus, they win pretty much everything and have a lot of guys in campus organizations. They are a newer chapter so it kinda hurts them that they don't have a house yet but i heard they could be getting one as soon as this year so that might not hurt them anymore.
