My little brother is a Sigma Chi and I was a Sigma Nu, They used to be much better but I wanted my brother to go Sigma Chi, because of how bad Sigma NU's rep is getting. They started hanging out with athlete girls which really hurt their rep because those girls aren't hot, they used to hang with ZETAs and Phi Mu's but now that they dont they aren't as good

Due to Samford being a smaller campus the chapter itself is not that large. because of that, all the brothers know each other in terms of full names, if they are dating someone, or if they even having a bad day. All the pledge classes combine together to go out no matter if you are a senior or a new member. Sigma Nu is very social and is well known by other students and if people don't like them, they don't care for they don't worry about what people think of them. They just want to have fun.

Not the same as it was around 5 years ago. After losing all of the cool football players this year during rush, I'm not really sure what else they have. They can't even win A-league football anymore. They essentially get all of the leftovers at this point, which is obvious during rush. Next year they will lose even more, and it will continue for a while

Great Guys! Can be wild but are filled with guys going places. Top Tier Athletes and Leaders in Air Force ROTC. These guys are very social and the Zeta Girls love them!

I regret not finishing pledgeship with these guys. Still some of my best friends. The guys are picky with the girls they hangout with, because of the amount of rules that are broken, and stick to a select amount of ZTAs and Phi Mus. After transferring to Auburn, this is the closest you'll get to a state school fraternity at Samford, and in my opinion, the only other real fraternity at Samford is Sigma Chi, even though they have completely different views. STEP SING SUCKS
