its prolly the last out of ur list but its been on a huge rise with new PCs while Sae and phi psi have been declining

Sae is on the comeup if anything, they just got on good standing with the university, also apparently got a big pc for spring

in all honesty,
chi psi if you get a bid there and arent looking to party, great house good connections
sae if you are looking for good time, cool brothers
I wouldnt really even consider the other two tbh
