tdx - not on campus and have fallen off especially after kids graduate this semester. might as well say sig chi is still top too if ur claiming theyre the best
chi phi - they do not have the pull to be even close to top house, probation seems to have hurt them
theta chi - closest thing to top tier we have, yeah their parties kinda blow because they follow all policies and they have lots of squid bros but this is reality
pike - relations are good but no house, was always decent but becoming irrelevant because of that
theta chi is a safe choice

tdk- haven't been on campus for a minute, parties are pretty fun but after the kids graduate this semester they gonna fall off
chi phi- they're off probo now and their parties are actually fun asf, also getting a nice house on college ave next semester, but do have a couple weirdos
theta chi- straight dweebs don't know why ppl think they're good lol
pike- good relations but no house and kids are dumb as bricks
