From being around these girls a few times there is a huge divide between extremely hot and flat out beat girls . If the hot ones actually would show up to our mixers I would’ve rated higher but barely a turnout when invited.

PNMs please realize: - getting a house so early on means their dues will be super expensive - pretend to be top tier when they are just as involved as SK (which is virtually nothing) - known for ratting out other sororities and judging them I cannot speak for ho le they act with each other please realize that their reputation is not a good look and isn’t promising when it comes to having a good chapter.

Dues and house fees are determined by nationals not by the chapters. Not sure what their dues are like rn, but if they were around the middle in terms of dues before they got a house, their house will be in the middle price range of house costs too. Like SDT is cheap bc their nationals makes it that way, ZTA is expensive bc of their nationals, etc

I went thru formal recruitment and they disclosed that their dues are over doubling, from around $400 to over $900 if I remember correctly. No meal plan either

My roommate is in AGD and their dues used to be like 150/month and now they're going to be like a little over 200/month which is still less than like DG and probably other ones I think? Not in greek life so I am not sure.

Yes they are...I literally have the PowerPoint stating their dues for fall 18

Just check the packet that was given last rush - their dues are now going to be $900 a semester and they do not even offer a mealplan for that price. they are becoming one of the most expensive sorority and have no perks to justify it

Have a rep for self-ranking and caring too much about their reputation that unfortunately comes with being a new sorority (see phi mu and phi sig) but also for being genuine and down-to-earth, which many PNMs are starting to value more and more. Good things will continue to come to them if they tone down the self-ranking a little, can easily be mid tier once AXO comes back

A whooooole lot of obvious self-ranking on here, but I'll let it slide because they seem pretty chill, charitable, and good in so many other ways, they definitely deserve their on-the-rise status. I'm just really hoping it doesn't go to their heads in a few years, please prove me wrong.

I met them when I was going through formal recruitment in the spring. They were a really nice group of girls. New to Rutgers, but I think in a few years will be more popular especially since they are getting a house.

Don’t really believe the rumors about these girls. Always fun when they come over to Dke and a few “Know da wei” when it comes to having a personality . A few gems that aren’t typical sorority but not stuck up in my opinion.
