Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 1.6 Theta Chi is collapsing. They are not what they used to be. They haven't had a party this entire semester and they aren't having any next semester. They have serious problems because they always get in trouble. Numbers are decreasing. TDX is the real frat to join. Theta Chi has nerds and some strange people. And they've got some strange-ass rushees. oh well. They gotta really get their act together.
