these guys are a mid-tier frat who are slowly declining. pretty weird brothers and a house that isn’t clean or worth going back to. parties have also gotten worse over the years, so definitely recommend rushing somewhere more worth the time.

Decent party frat. Their house is okay. Big fraternity with a lot of smart, nice guys. Lots of ppl interested in rushing them every semester. I’d say they are a lower top tier frat. Definitely overhyped.

After this semester, I can see these guys becoming top tier in the near future. The brothers are a cool mix of all types of people. They have a really fun house and throw some nice themed parties. the basement literally feels like you’re in a club. Wish they played better music though, then the place could really turn up.

Constantly mixing with the top sororities, large social scene on campus, most recent pledge class was really good. These guys should be on the top of your list
