Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 2.8 cool parties but their house is located in a bad spot and it's relatively small compared to other chapter houses, however their basement setup is pretty sick. Brothers as a whole can be douches and they are pretty weird.. considering how they take in anybody is a problem.
