They have both weird brothers who make you wonder how they even got a bid, and others who make you wonder why they're not more popular/ranked higher on campus. They have potential, but definitely aren't using all of it to their full advantage. If they managed to recruit a bit better, they would be much more competitive with other fraternities on campus. Parties are pretty fun though.

Let's face it these guys have a nice house in a prime location and that is the only thing keeping them semi relevant. They are a complete joke in the eyes of the entire Greek community.

every brother I've ever met at these parties is a total creeper and always weird out me and my friends, all they have going for them is their house, which is unfortunate for them

Already ranked these kids, gave them a crappy review because of all the self ranking and insecurity. Phi Delt if you want to be top tier stop self ranking and stop recruiting weird pledge classes with 30+ members lol!

These kids are skyrocketing because sig chi and theta chi are on social. Always go to their parties and have a great time, much respect from a close ally

Solid group of guys, seems like they get along really well, like an actual brotherhood. Met some of the pledges and they're for the most part also solid, could move to top with TDX losing their house

I love this frat. They all are super involved all over campus and throw the best parties. It seems to like all they care about are sports, parties, and girls. I would love to see them more involved.
