Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 5.0 I went here all my freshman year last year and can honestly say they have the best parties on campus.This frat has all the pieces to be top 5 but we're on probation last year so this should be a big year for them.
